RPM Landscape Contractor, LLC is looking to hire a highly-motivated individual for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader/Foreman position. The ideal candidate is an honest, hardworking lawn care professional whom is driven while displaying teamwork and maintaining a focus on safety and quality work. We are a full-service landscape company offering all standard service, as well as tree care and snow/ice management.

Essential Duties; (not limited to)

• Operate commercial mowing equipment, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, leaf vacs and others efficiently and with care
• Lead the work activities of a crew safely and appropriately
• Ensure job site quality meets RPM standards
• Know Call Before You Dig- 811 procedures
• Ability to Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges using shears and pruners
• Responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of company vehicles
• Maintain daily logs (e.g., jobs performed, vehicle, equipment)
• Abide by company policies regarding personal protective equipment and proper, professional working attire and uniforms
• Complete assignments within labor goals and specifications without sacrificing job quality
• Provide excellent service to clients, work-site partners, and RPM staff in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist in snow/ice management services during the winter months
• Other job responsibilities and duties as they are assigned by a manager

What we’re seeking:

• Applicant must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, and able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work with equipment
• Applicant must be able to push, push, grip, and squeeze various tools, products, and/or items
• Must have a valid NJ Driver’s License with a good driving record with reliable transportation
• Previous experience is mandatory for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
